Frozen barbacoa seitan shreds in a rich chipotle sauce. 240g
Ingredients: Seitan (vital wheat gluten flour, garbanzo flour, tomato paste, spices, olive oil), Sauce: Chipotle peppers, garlic, olive oil, spices
Heating Instructions:
Stove top: (recommended method) Defrost seitan in refrigerator overnight or by submerging sealed bag in hot water.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium heat (optional).
Scoop seitan onto pan, reserving the sauce for later and cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently.
When desired texture is reached, pour sauce onto seitan and reduce until almost absorbed.
Once thawed, refrigerate and seal in airlock container, consume within 5 days.
Keep frozen. Do not refreeze
