Ingredients: vital wheat gluten flour, garbanzo flour, tomato paste, spices, olive oil

Heating Instructions:

Defrost overnight in refrigerator or by submerging sealed bag in hot water.

Heat and eat! Slice, shred, chop, mince and use as desired in place of protein in recipes.

Once thawed, refrigerate and seal in airlock container, consume within 5 days
